Refund Policy
Last updated September 2026. No refunds after assessment use.
Every program including Java Programming certification learning and assessment is completely free during launch till 31 October 2026. Launch enrollees keep free eligibility after paid rollout. Only optional training certificates carry a charge (Rs 149) when no free admin offer is live.
All sales are final. Invoclient follows a strict no refund policy across programs, assessments and certificates once payment is made.
The 4 week Frontend training program and its final assessment are free, and the optional Certificate of Completion is free only while an admin offer is live. Otherwise the Rs 799 list price applies (Rs 149 launch, 81% off) with no refund once a paid certificate is issued, since certificates generate instantly with a verifiable credential ID.
After the free period, topic assessments and the final assessment unlock only after successful payment of the program fee. Browsing lessons never triggers a charge, but no assessment starts unpaid.
Starting or submitting any assessment consumes the service fully. Once an assessment is utilized, no refund is possible for any reason, including low scores, failed attempts, expired retries or change of mind.
The single exception is a proven duplicate charge for the same enrollment. Verified duplicates reverse to source within 7 working days.
When paid enrollment begins, payments will process through Razorpay under Cresard Software Development accounts, the parent company of Invoclient. Order IDs and invoices will issue on every payment (no GST charged as of now).
Fast track unlock (Rs 149) opens the full training program instantly, so it is non refundable once access unlocks. Certificates still need a 60 percent final pass.
Write to contact@cresard.com from your registered email within 7 days of payment. Mention order ID and reason. Duplicate charge claims need both order IDs.
Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 stay intact. Raise unresolved billing issues through contact@cresard.com before approaching consumer fora.
